I'm a big Kathryn/Kash fan, and love seeing how they balance their worlds - and how fiercely they love each other.
So, what I would really like here is an exploration of Odikweos against the familiar Odysseus. Much like Kashtiliash, he's an ally NOW because it suits him, but what if that changed?
Or perhaps the rise of Althea Walker (we get 10-plus books of Survival through SCA but nothing on her?) causes rifts among the allies. I think she would be interesting because she isn't an uptimer, and she isn't exactly a native of the time period, she's a hybrid. And she's pissed.
And I was looking for a fourth character to fill out noms (no slot left behind) and decided to include one of the underutilized female characters. Martha is a quiet organizer, but I'd love to see her match up with some of the down-time crew. Perhaps she and Odikweos might have some interesting conversations.
I couldn't nominate her because she isn't in the book, but feel free to add Odikweos' Penelope.

Disclaimer: I have not watched the season / of this show yet, tho I fully intend to, so my prompts may not totally alight with the events of it.
The cases of the series may be good, but the rest sometimes it's so cliché it's ridiculous, I've lost count of how many tropes they've used. But, honestly? I love it all.
One thing of this ship that absolutely fascinates me is the way they have of talking to each other: one second calling the other by surname, the other by the first name, some other times with their role, even if i feel like as the seasons go on they call each other by name more often. I still melt every time Pascal calls her Florence. And constantly switching between formal and informal language too! Even if I know this one part doesn't translate too well in english, so, in case you want to, for this one I'm also open to fic in french, italian or spanish, all languages which have formal grammatical forms.
Another thing I enjoy is how these two are constantly at each other's throats, and yet they're always there to comfort and support each other. Both their characters tend to have outbursts of anger or frustration and that puts them in contrast but at the same time brings them closer, with Florence a bit more in control: she apologizes right after and is always there to remind Pascal to keep his cool; how does he feel about this?
I'm a sucker for unfulfilled desires, and the sexual tension through out all the series is so strong, I would just love something that concentrates on how they dance around each other, tying to remain professional but evidently struggling to do it. Are they having ethic dilemmas over it? In season four we see how both of them sort of try to get distracted with someone else, both attempts failing... and then there's the night they set a date to have sex just because her son told her they should. They took the excuse quite eagerly, but then as eagerly found another one to not do it.
I'm okay with any setting change AU as long as it somehow keeps the power imbalance, even if it gets switched.
Also, let's not forget the age difference! In the first season I kind of felt that she was much more mature than him, even if the gap slowly seemed to lose relevance as the series went on. I love that she is a mature woman which has already had husband and a kid and which has somehow abandoned her hopes of a successful career, and that he has an obscure, secret past that his tattoos constantly remind everybody of. The new situation with Pascal's daughter and them a bit more in the same situation, even the probability of being grandpas together is hilarious to me.
And feel free to add other tropes or just expand on the ones they used already, that sharing a room situation was cut disappointingly short... what if they had stayed there one night already before the dude attacked the priest?

In brief, I ship them. So I'd love you if you said screw the canon and make Ren and Gorya end together instead (of course, if you don't want to go the ship way that's okay too).
I don't actually have anything against Thyme, I'm just hopelessly soft for Ren. He's so quite but also observant. He doesn't say anything but you can see in his eyes that he's suffering inside. And I am whipped for his kicked puppy face. I'd totally love a fic on how he struggled in Paris, feeling how he didn't belong while Mira perfectly fitted and didn't really need him anymore. Or about him hopelessly pining for Gorya. Or the two together!
Going back to the ship, I would also love if you went the AU way. You could take the texting and social media part from canon for a nice wrongnumber fic. It would probably work with even just a partial AU. Am I making sense? In any case, AUs about them getting together smh are appreciated.
As are AUs about Gorya being the badass she is and fighting her way through the hardships of life. I would love to see more about her life when she runs to work with her parents in the country (though I don't really care about her pining for Thyme). I really love how headstrong she is!

- Hurt without comfort
- Super dark!characters (accidental darkness (i.e. a character following another one in a manner that borders on stalking, but stays on the rather humorous side, especially if the followed character notices it early on and decides to play along) is okay, the same goes for using manners that are not exactly only on the good side to reach their goal ;)
- Character or ship bashing (If you can't stand a character/ship, please man up and contact the mods for a change). To explain: what I don't want to see is a (requested) character being treated in a way you wouldn't treat an animal. Like having each and every single decision the character makes being questioned, or all but being denied to even live. I hope this clarifies this a bit.
- No discussion of real-life politics and the awfulness therein! The same goes for both the pandemic and the Ukraine crisis, please!
- Rape/non-con (dub-con is okay to a certain degree - if you're not sure, please reach out)
- Breakup fic (you can break them up, but bring them back together in the end)
- Characters being shown as dumb / demoted in their intelligence / reduced to being just a "tool" in someone else's belt.
- No sexual situations with underage characters. Please age them up if you want to create something with them.
- for any A/B/O tags/ideas – no characterization of omegas as “birth machines” or demoting them their basic human rights
- When writing characters with a disability (in canon/temporary) – please don’t picture that disability as a handicap (e.g. a blind character that has to completely rely on other people to get the most basic things in live done). A lot of disabled people in RL have adapted and live a wonderful, rich life like any other, so please keep that in mind. See, for example, Clint Barton, who has lost almost his entire hearing, but still can be a top-notch agent thanks to hearing aids; or Matt Murdock, who's not only a quite successful lawyer, but moonlights as Daredevil, despite his blindness. This is the venue I would like to see in a work (superhero shenanigans are optional XD).
- Another absolute No-Go for me: ANY form of racism, misogyny, discrimination because of sexual orientation, gender, religion or color (not even a trace of it, please!)

I'm a big Kathryn/Kash fan, and love seeing how they balance their worlds - and how fiercely they love each other.
So, what I would really like here is an exploration of Odikweos against the familiar Odysseus. Much like Kashtiliash, he's an ally NOW because it suits him, but what if that changed?
Or perhaps the rise of Althea Walker (we get 10-plus books of Survival through SCA but nothing on her?) causes rifts among the allies. I think she would be interesting because she isn't an uptimer, and she isn't exactly a native of the time period, she's a hybrid. And she's pissed.
And I was looking for a fourth character to fill out noms (no slot left behind) and decided to include one of the underutilized female characters. Martha is a quiet organizer, but I'd love to see her match up with some of the down-time crew. Perhaps she and Odikweos might have some interesting conversations.
I couldn't nominate her because she isn't in the book, but feel free to add Odikweos' Penelope.

Disclaimer: I have not watched the season / of this show yet, tho I fully intend to, so my prompts may not totally alight with the events of it.
The cases of the series may be good, but the rest sometimes it's so cliché it's ridiculous, I've lost count of how many tropes they've used. But, honestly? I love it all.
One thing of this ship that absolutely fascinates me is the way they have of talking to each other: one second calling the other by surname, the other by the first name, some other times with their role, even if i feel like as the seasons go on they call each other by name more often. I still melt every time Pascal calls her Florence. And constantly switching between formal and informal language too! Even if I know this one part doesn't translate too well in english, so, in case you want to, for this one I'm also open to fic in french, italian or spanish, all languages which have formal grammatical forms.
Another thing I enjoy is how these two are constantly at each other's throats, and yet they're always there to comfort and support each other. Both their characters tend to have outbursts of anger or frustration and that puts them in contrast but at the same time brings them closer, with Florence a bit more in control: she apologizes right after and is always there to remind Pascal to keep his cool; how does he feel about this?
I'm a sucker for unfulfilled desires, and the sexual tension through out all the series is so strong, I would just love something that concentrates on how they dance around each other, tying to remain professional but evidently struggling to do it. Are they having ethic dilemmas over it? In season four we see how both of them sort of try to get distracted with someone else, both attempts failing... and then there's the night they set a date to have sex just because her son told her they should. They took the excuse quite eagerly, but then as eagerly found another one to not do it.
I'm okay with any setting change AU as long as it somehow keeps the power imbalance, even if it gets switched.
Also, let's not forget the age difference! In the first season I kind of felt that she was much more mature than him, even if the gap slowly seemed to lose relevance as the series went on. I love that she is a mature woman which has already had husband and a kid and which has somehow abandoned her hopes of a successful career, and that he has an obscure, secret past that his tattoos constantly remind everybody of. The new situation with Pascal's daughter and them a bit more in the same situation, even the probability of being grandpas together is hilarious to me.
And feel free to add other tropes or just expand on the ones they used already, that sharing a room situation was cut disappointingly short... what if they had stayed there one night already before the dude attacked the priest?

In brief, I ship them. So I'd love you if you said screw the canon and make Ren and Gorya end together instead (of course, if you don't want to go the ship way that's okay too).
I don't actually have anything against Thyme, I'm just hopelessly soft for Ren. He's so quite but also observant. He doesn't say anything but you can see in his eyes that he's suffering inside. And I am whipped for his kicked puppy face. I'd totally love a fic on how he struggled in Paris, feeling how he didn't belong while Mira perfectly fitted and didn't really need him anymore. Or about him hopelessly pining for Gorya. Or the two together!
Going back to the ship, I would also love if you went the AU way. You could take the texting and social media part from canon for a nice wrongnumber fic. It would probably work with even just a partial AU. Am I making sense? In any case, AUs about them getting together smh are appreciated.
As are AUs about Gorya being the badass she is and fighting her way through the hardships of life. I would love to see more about her life when she runs to work with her parents in the country (though I don't really care about her pining for Thyme). I really love how headstrong she is!

- Funerals (comes from my RL abhorrence for them – too much bad emotion!) – visits to existing gravesites (with or without a heartfelt, one-sided conversation) are okay, though!
- Hurt without comfort
- Super dark!characters (accidental darkness (i.e. a character following another one in a manner that borders on stalking, but stays on the rather humorous side, especially if the followed character notices it early on and decides to play along) is okay, the same goes for using manners that are not exactly only on the good side to reach their goal ;)
- Character or ship bashing (If you can't stand a character/ship, please man up and contact the mods for a change). To explain: what I don't want to see is a (requested) character being treated in a way you wouldn't treat an animal. Like having each and every single decision the character makes being questioned, or all but being denied to even live. I hope this clarifies this a bit.
- No discussion of real-life politics and the awfulness therein! The same goes for both the pandemic and the Ukraine crisis, please!
- Rape/non-con (dub-con is okay to a certain degree - if you're not sure, please reach out)
- Breakup fic (you can break them up, but bring them back together in the end)
- Characters being shown as dumb / demoted in their intelligence / reduced to being just a "tool" in someone else's belt.
