I love Nie Mingjue, so anything with him would be amazing - extra points if he's the focus of someone else's attraction/crush/obsession (depending on which other character you pick! all three are welcome, but I have a special soft spot for yandere!JGY who loves NMJ a little bit too much) He doesn't appear that much in the series, but every time he does, I love him so much - the discussion conference, the battlefield, the fight against WRH...! Please feel free to go as wildly canon-divergent as you like, especially given the things we Do Not Yet Know in the donghua canon :)

I'd also be very interested in Jiang Cheng/Lan Wangji - their meeting was so thorny and bitter and yet...I don't care if it's hatesex or weirdly fixating on finding company with the only other person who loved WWX as much as they did or even just a total AU where they find each other first, but I want to see how it would work. However, I don't want either of them using the other one as a WWX substitute - it could have started that way, but I'd prefer that the fic be focused on the whatever-they-have between them, not on WWX.

NOTE: please use cartoon canon only for this! I love all MDZS versions, but I have a special place in my heart for the donghua and there's not nearly enough fic using just that canon.
