– I know in the book the whole Irina/Mirnatius dynamic was “Ohh we insult and argue with each other all the time and we hate each other so we must be in love,” but honestly I’m not the biggest fan of that unless it actually leads to them truly being caring and affectionate towards each other. Having them fight and scream at each other for the entire fic would be unhealthy. Don’t be afraid to show them in fluffy situations and being genuinely caring towards each other!
